Magnetic filter bars of hard ferrite or NdFeB

Magnetic filter rods ø22mm made of NdFeB, internal thread on both sides, stainless steel housing made of 1.4301

APPLICATION:
Filter systems can be used to easily filter iron particles and iron filings caused by abrasion or contamination from the material. Thanks to the smooth stainless steel cover, these particles can be easily removed again later (wiping or compressed air). The filters work reliably and are virtually wear-free. This extends the service life of the production system and prevents the risk of costly maintenance and cleaning work.

PRODUCT NOTE:
The standard version of the filter systems can only be used in dry environments, e.g. in wood, plastic or recycling systems.

No stock items, customised production

As an alternative to the standard version, we also offer customised solutions:
" Seal-welded version for use in liquids (e.g. water, coolant)
" Other mounting adaptations are possible (e.g. external, internal and inch threads)
" High-quality stainless steel cover for use in food production
" Increase in max. operating temperature up to 350°C
" Production of customised and non-standardised lengths possible up to max. 2000 mm
