Shuttering magnet

This system is used as a shuttering magnet for precast concrete parts. The very strong adhesive system can be easily removed from the metal surface using the release lever. The hard-wearing polyurethane casing guarantees that it can withstand rough handling in this environment.

Magnetic filters for pipes

With the help of this external pipe filter, ferrous particles can be retained on the inner wall of the pipe. Special pipe inserts are required for this, which can be removed from the pipe for cleaning. The filter can then be opened up for cleaning.

Magnetic system for light

Plastic element with integrated magnets to hold the switching position for a diffusing lens. 2 switching states: in this case focussed and diffused light.

Magnetic system for level indicator

Customised magnetic system for the level indicator integrated in a float. We have adapted the manufacture of the system to our production methods. Tightly soldered housing.

Holding magnet for a packaging machine

Such magnetic systems are used to hold and release holders of all kinds in machines. This is the holder of a tube holder for filling toothpaste tubes.

Magnetic system for fastening concrete formwork

Extremely strong adhesive pole shoe system for precast concrete elements. Suitable frames and stop ends are attached to the formwork table precisely and without slipping. After shuttering, these magnetic systems are released by means of a lifter and cleaned ready for the next use.

Magnetic system for mounting a light on a sphere

This magnetic system was specially developed for a very interesting luminaire model. This luminaire can be rotated continuously in space using the magnet on the sphere. In addition, indirect lighting can also be created by holding the magnet system in the centre of the luminaire on both sides.

Spirit level magnet

This magnetic system is clipped into the side of the aluminium profile of a spirit level. The spirit level can then hold itself on steel profiles. Indispensable for hands-free work.

Magnetic sink mixer tap

In addition to the hose weight, a magnet is also integrated into the shower pull-out of the sink mixer, which ensures that the shower is positioned in the holder and is easily held in place.

Magnetic system for pneumatic grippers

Inner workings of a magnetically holding pneumatic gripper for the handling and automation of magnetically adhesive components. The pneumatically controlled mechanism creates a gripper that is switchably magnetic and non-magnetic.

BRUGGER has a very high level of vertical integration - we manufacture almost all the individual parts for our products ourselves.
We are happy to take on technical challenges and offer you sound advice and customised magnet systems for almost any application. Thanks to our in-house tool shop and extensive machinery, we are also able to produce prototypes at short notice. Our equipment includes modern plastic and metal processing machines, including plastic injection moulding machines, automatic punching and turning machines and eccentric presses, which enable us to manufacture numerous individual parts directly on site.

Every new development is preceded by a needs analysis:
Our sales team and developers work closely with our customers to understand their specific requirements and objectives. This also includes analysing the current challenges and identifying potential for improvement.

This is followed by solution consulting:
Based on the needs analysis, our product development team advises the customer on the best technological solutions and ways to customise existing products. If there is no solution based on existing products, we develop new, suitable products together with our customers.

Prototyping and testing: We also offer prototyping and extensive testing to ensure that the new magnetic solutions meet the requirements and function reliably.

Ongoing support and development: If you wish, we can continue to provide technical support for your new product line to ensure that the solutions function efficiently and reliably. We collect feedback from our customers and strive to continuously improve the solutions based on the changing needs of the customer.

Customised products based on our standard systems

Of course, we also offer the modification of existing standard products. The original shape and design (standard programme) are retained. Modifications are possible with regard to height, length, diameter, surface, adaptation, adhesive force and material. Depending on the extent of the customisation, these can be manufactured from existing standard components. The advantage here is the short delivery time and cost-effective production of small batches.
