Flat pot magnets of Aluminum-nickel-cobalt (AlNiCo)

Pot magnets made of AlNiCo, steel housing, with hole and countersink, galvanised

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
This pot magnet combines robust performance with user-friendly assembly. Thanks to the AlNiCo magnetic core, it offers a strong adhesive force for a wide range of tasks - from industrial applications to workshops, warehousing and DIY.

The solid, galvanised steel housing protects the magnet from damage and guarantees durability. The integrated hole and countersink enable simple and secure attachment in various positions.

Advantages of AlNiCo magnets:

  • High temperature resistance: AlNiCo magnets can withstand high temperatures, often up to 550 °C, which makes them suitable for applications in hot environments.
  • Good corrosion resistance: AlNiCo alloys are relatively resistant to corrosion, which extends their service life.
  • High remanence : AlNiCo magnets have a high remanence, i.e. they retain their magnetisation over long periods of time.
  • Good mechanical properties: AlNiCo magnets are robust and resistant to shocks and vibrations.

* The forces have been determined at room temperature on a polished plate made of steel (S235JR according to DIN 10 025) with a thickness of 10 mm (1kg~10N). A deviation of up to -10% from the specified value is possible in exceptional cases. In general, the value is exceeded. The type of application (installation situation, temperatures, counter anchors, etc.) sometimes influence the forces enormously. The values given are for orientation purposes.
